Introduction to Bowen Mingdao College
Bowen Mingdao College is a licensed institution of the Hong Kong Education Bureau (code: 613240). In 2017, it was jointly initiated by top universities in Hong Kong and provincial-level members of the Hong Kong Political Consultative Conference. With the aim of "caring for the motherland, serving Hong Kong and Macao, promoting development, and promoting goodness and virtue", it is committed to promoting education development in Hong Kong, Macao, and mainland China. In 2023, Macau Bowen Mingdao College was established.
Bowen Mingdao College provides services such as admission to prestigious universities in Hong Kong and Macau (associate degree/undergraduate/master's degree), one-stop academic and life management in Hong Kong, university course training, research and study visits to top universities across the Taiwan Strait, student activity exchanges, and cadre training. The college is equipped with an experienced team of renowned teachers from Hong Kong universities, a team for applying for gold medals, a team for academic planning, and a team for student affairs, providing full support for your study abroad, research, and visits to Hong Kong and Macau.
Introduction to Hong Kong Talents Association
The Hong Kong Talents Association is an educational service institution initiated by Dr. Li Zhiqiang, a member of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, and jointly established by several renowned universities such as the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. It provides non-profit services to feedback to society. The Hong Kong Talents Association aims to "care about the motherland, serve Hong Kong and Macao, promote development, and promote virtue". It hopes to gather a large number of elite forces with mainland backgrounds who are studying and working in Hong Kong to jointly promote the development of education in Hong Kong, Macao, and mainland China. Strengthen the exchange of educational information and talent among the three regions, enhance their cultural identity and sense of belonging, and contribute to the long-term development of Hong Kong and Macao and the prosperity and stability of the motherland.

Founder of Bowen Mingdao College
Dr. Li Zhiqiang, the supervisor of Hong Kong Bowen Mingdao School, also serves as the vice president of the Hong Kong Taiwan Youth Creative Federation. He has participated in the planning and hosting of the "Promoting Hong Kong and Taiwan Enterprise Youth to Settle in Zhuhai" event, and collaborated with the Taipei Hong Kong Macao Business Association to visit Director Zou Hua and Deputy Director Du Xiaoping of the Zhuhai Taiwan Hong Kong Macao Affairs Bureau, Deputy Director Kong Demei and Fei Weifeng of the United Front Work Department of Xiangzhou District, to jointly discuss and carry out multiple major projects in Zhuhai, promoting more young entrepreneurs from Hong Kong and Taiwan to settle in Zhuhai and achieve their careers.
Dr. Li Zhiqiang also participated in the planning and hosting of the "Maker, City, Dream" Cross Strait and Four Region Youth Forum, inviting Dr. Gao Peixuan, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, as the keynote speaker on the BBS. The event was also attended by Hong Kong Legislative Council member and Executive Council member Zhang Guojun JP and other city celebrities who delivered speeches.
Dr. Li Zhiqiang has long been concerned about the current situation and development of education in mainland China and Hong Kong and Macao regions. To this end, he has submitted a proposal to promote the development of education in mainland China and Hong Kong and Macao regions at the Two Sessions, and put forward specific suggestions on strengthening educational exchanges between the two places, encouraging cooperation among the three regions and forming a comprehensive and multi-level three-dimensional cooperation model. Dr. Li Zhiqiang not only put forward feasible proposals, but also took the lead in establishing the Hong Kong Talent Association and the Hong Kong Bowen Mingdao Education, supporting the development and cooperation of education in mainland China and Hong Kong and Macao through actions.
